Al-Zammar Residence
Amman- Jordan
Al-Zammar Residence is a mid-rise residential building with unique character, it's for four brothers each floor for one of them.
In the design, I have raised all the building above the ground and make use of the small parking area and convert the front part of it to a gathering area for the special events for the family.
The difference between visual access and movement access was the main key to this project.
Clean lines and pure masses fighting the repetition of the 5-floor slabs to create an unsymmetrical systematic scheme.
